The Writers & Readers Symposium

The 14th annual Writers & Readers Symposium.  Spend a day, including a delicious lunch, with award-winning authors. The authors will read from and discuss their writing and creative processes. There is an art show and competition of literature related artworks, book sales, and plenty of time to interact with the authors and fellow interested and interesting readers and writers.

Registration is from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. on February 15, 2020 at beautiful Hemingbough Convention Center in St. Francisville, LA. From 9:00 a.m. to noon, these authors will read from and discuss their writing and creative processes. At noon, lunch will be served and participants will be able to eat lunch with these authors. Presentations will continue following lunch until approximately 3:30pm.

Conundrum Books and Puzzles in St. Francisville will have copies of these authors' books on site for sale, and the authors will be delighted to autograph them and chat with participants.

A Novel Image Art Show will also be held in conjunction with the Symposium. It will include photographs, paintings, and sculptures related to writing and literature. The audience will pick their favorite works of art, and awards will be given to the first, second and third place winners.
